By accessing or using the PCMedicalist website, applications, bots, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party platforms (e.g., Base chain explorers, social platforms, payment providers). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies; PCMedicalist is not responsible for their content or practices.

6. Financial and Security Disclaimer

Any token, market, or blockchain-related information provided by the Service (including bot broadcasts and analytics) is informational only and not financial, investment, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and due diligence (“DYOR”). PCMedicalist makes no warranties as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose.

7. Disclaimers

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PCMedicalist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PCMedicalist harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
